Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SIGNAL333 Publisher, and must have the legal authority to connect any social media account you link to the Platform.
2. Service Description
SIGNAL333 Publisher, operated by SIGNAL333 Ventures, enables businesses, creators and organisations to create, manage, schedule and publish original short-form video content across supported platforms using official APIs.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for all content published through your connected accounts, and for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Original Content Only
The Platform is built exclusively for content you own or have the right to publish. You may not use SIGNAL333 Publisher to repost, scrape, or redistribute third-party content without authorisation.
5. Platform API Compliance
SIGNAL333 Publisher is designed to operate using official APIs and authentication mechanisms provided by supported platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. Users remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms, community guidelines and developer policies. The Platform does not circumvent, misuse, or abuse any platform API or rate limit.
6. Account Security
You must not share your SIGNAL333 Publisher access with unauthorised parties. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform to publish spam, misinformation, hateful content, or anything that violates a connected platform's community guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to publish all uploaded content. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of this clause.
8. Intellectual Property
All content you publish remains your intellectual property. SIGNAL333 Publisher does not claim ownership of content published through the Platform. The Platform's software, branding and infrastructure remain the property of SIGNAL333 Ventures.
9. Subscription
SIGNAL333 Publisher is currently in early access. Paid subscription tiers are planned — details will be published on the Platform website ahead of general availability. Coming soon.
10. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIGNAL333 Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to publish.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIGNAL333 Ventures from claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, your access credentials and publishing data are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the website or by email where contact details are available.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
